Just finished the charcuterie board making class. It was a blast! They have a gorgeous wood slab selection for use. You get to use a wide array of tools and can customize your board. The class was scheduled until 2pm, but it took me until 4pm to finish. The instructor, Darren, and owner, Joanne are lovely and very knowledgeable people.
